I came to counselling quite late in life and was prompted to retrain after a number of traumatic life experiences. Gaining an understanding of psychotherapy has helped me reach a point in my life where I can honestly say I am finally comfortable in my own skin. I hope to be able to help you achieve the same.

I currently volunteer some of my time as a counsellor for a national bereavement charity, helping people deal with grief and loss. I am passionate about bereavement counselling and believe that the empathy and understanding I provide will help you feel supported and understood and ultimately able to work through your anxieties and worries. I am also a trained Mental Health First Aider, and have experience of the demands and issues associated with large scale corporate organisations.
