I offer an optional 30 minute assessment session free of charge where we can briefly discuss what you need from therapy and I can explain the process of counselling.
This is also an opportunity for us to ensure we both feel happy to work together.
There is no obligation to move onto regular therapy sessions after the assessment session if you do not feel you want to.
Counselling Sessions are £55 per 50 minute session.
Hypnotherapy Sessions are £55 per 50 minute session. Smoking cessation is a one off 2 hour session for £100.
I am able to offer a concessionary rate if you are on a low income or a student.
I am fully insured and receive regular supervision in line with the current code of Ethics of the National Counselling Society.
